CRM based Call Center with CISCO Contact Center and MS Navision ERP Integration

Turk Telekom’s  Home/Office Secuity Campaign  "no place like home" services, which was launched on the 2nd of June 2010, are given by Tepe Security. WinDesk Call Center which is used in Tepe Security Call Center, has been taken into service with the special and additional customizations for this Project. Taking applications from Turk Telekom  automatically, preparing call back lists, operators’ communicating with the customer quickly with the Cisco Contact Center integration ,  quickly creating appropriate sales proposals for the customers and MS Navision ERP integration for the appointment and  assembling of the sales of system are made within the campaign. 2010

Çankaya Municipality

Effective Citizen Relations Solution Center

Çankaya Municipality is aimed to manage all complaints coming from the Citizens and Mukhtars
via different alternative access channels like telephone, web, fax, e-mail, petition, face to face conversation with WinDesk Call Center as a Single Contact Center. Besides the standard Call Center services, the algorithms are developed and integrated to measure and assess the service quality as a result of the study made between Bilkent University Industrial Engineering Department and Çankaya Municipality. With the help of this integrated system, Çankaya Municipality will be able to serve the Citizens in a proactive way and Citizens and Mukhtars will also be able to learn the realistic estimated solution period about their complaints.

With the WinDesk Call Center Solution, the instant reports according to the complaint access channels, complaint status, category and sub category of the complaints are provided by visualization and knowledge base to the managers at all management units. Hence, Çankaya Municipality can associate the desired citizen interaction visually through the Map whom the municipal services Çankaya Municipality is responsible for.

It has been aimed that support of activities such as the data sharing between    the producer companies of Turkish defense industry and other shareholders, providing collaboration environments, inter-business centers and shareholders and specialty centers with given specific topics and formation of clusters, announcement, notices regarding the markets and projects developed through international defense markets and international unions Turkey is engaged in collaboration or joined to and announcement of financial and economical incentives to the sector and execution of single – center data and service supply by a new interface and product catalogues.

With its improvement endeavors of IT Services  ASELSAN Data Management Directorate has been offering in a way to be in harmony with the international IT governance models such as COBIT, ITIL V3, CMMI and ISO 27001 models it has executed an agreement with Signum TTE as a Consultancy Company. In the project that has started on January 21st, 2010 and last 7 months, Signum Team under leadership of Asst. Prof. Elif Yılal shall  actualize improvement endeavor processes of Service / Software Development, Configuration and Modification Management, Service Management, Process Management, Resource Management, IT Governance, Risk Management and Demand Management within framework o the road map set down together with Data Management Directorate team.

In addition to IT calls from population offices in all cities and towns, the legislation – related calls are also managed by WinDesk and are being transferred to relevant units. Thus, the users are capable of tracing all of their issues from a single point.
