Owing to the services we have produced under an innovative and creative perspective and the solutions customized for our customer, to grow to be one of the best ones in the areas of the Middleware Software Platform, IT Service Management Engineering. 

   

In addition to offering product, solution and services under headlines of Enterprise Service Management, Business Applications and IT Consultancy within our ongoing developing structure to the Institutions and Agencies, specialty centers for the solutions and services have been established across by WinDesk being product of SIGNUM TTE. A dissimilarity shall be created in IT Integrated Process Management consultancy services by our business partner ERFA under the titles of CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001as well as development of the  current and target Business and IT Strategies of the institutions within IT Consultancy area.

Having closed year 2009 with a 80% growth in comparison to preceding year,, SIGNUM shall keep on its activities to accomplish following main targets;

  • 100% growth in year 2010 according to previous year,
  • Enhance the efficiency of SIGNUM Human Resources being specialist in its heading and constantly supporting the development,
  • Regarding the area of Business Applications, to offer successful services with Technologies of Oracle Fusion MiddleWare and Microsoft SharePoint,
  • To initiate an R – D Project at least with one topic,
  • To reinforce its Enterprise infrastructure with applications such as ISO 9001:2008 Certification, CRM Application, ITIL Service Desk,
  • As for WinDesk, to develop strategic partnerships in different regions and sectors within Turkey, 
  • Regarding Call Center applicable solutions, to develop strategic business partnerships,
  • Other than its Turkish feature, to develop distributorship involvement of WinDesk expansion to abroad markets with its technical features.
